§ 53.10 RECYCLING PROGRAM.
   (A)   The curbside recycling program previously established by the village shall continue, to include a fall and spring one-day bulk collection item.
   (B)   All residents of the village currently receiving trash and refuse bills shall be charged an additional $1 per month to assist the village in off-setting the additional cost for the curbside recycling program.
