(A) All department heads, including, but not limited to, the Water and Sewer Superintendent/Village Administrator, Street Superintendent, Police Chief, Fire Chief, Zoning Inspector and Income Tax Administrator, shall be required to attend at least one meeting of the village legislative authority per month.
(B) It is the preference of the village that the monthly meeting for which all department heads are required to attend be the first monthly meeting each month, normally scheduled for the first Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.
(C) In the event that any of the above department heads are unable to attend, they shall have a responsible assistant attend on their behalf.
