An approved connection permit authorizes a property owner or consumer to connect to and discharge sewer into the sewer system as permitted in this chapter and as restricted by the village from time to time and in a like manner and with the same privileges as other property owners and consumers connected to the sewer system. The village will oversee and inspect the tapping of the sewer main serving the property owner’s or consumer’s premises.
