Applications for connection permits shall be made in a form required by the village and shall contain such information necessary to determine the ownership, location, use or proposed use of the property to be served, the amount of sewage likely to be discharged by the consumer, the location of the building or other point of discharge on the property and such other information, plans, documents and assurances required by the village to process the application. They shall be filed with the Village Clerk.
