(A) Every consumer to whom water is delivered which is not polluted by its use on the consumer’s premises shall discharge such polluted water into the storm drain or, if no storm drain is situated adjacent to the consumer’s premises, into a storm water drainage ditch.
(B) Every consumer discharging such unpolluted water as required by this section shall, within 30 days of notice thereof given by the village, install a meter to separately register the amount of water discharged into any sewer or storm water drainage ditch and shall make such plumbing changes as are required by this section.
