§ 51.072 STANDARDS FOR CONSTRUCTION.
   (A)   All methods, materials and appurtenances used in water mains, extensions and installations shall be in conformity with accepted engineering practice including standards for such installation promulgated by the American Water Works Association.
   (B)   No lines shall be less than six inches in diameter. All water mains shall have four metal wedges in each joint of the pipe. All fire hydrants shall be Mueller type, or equal, with valves on each hydrant with break-away fitting and two, two and one-half inch and one pumper outlet.
