§ 51.070 EXTENSION GENERALLY.

   Water distribution mains may be extended in the village by one of the three following methods:

   (A)   Special assessments basis as per R.C. Chapter 727;

   (B)   Installation charge basis as set out in this subchapter; and

   (C)   Requirement for development as set out in Ordinance O-11-80, passed June 2, 1980.
