Within the sound discretion of the Water and Sewer Superintendent/Village Administrator, water may be delivered and sold into containers directly from the water system of the village. The same may be delivered and sold into bulk containers only. The cost of said water sold shall be $10 per 1,000 gallons for all water so delivered and sold with a $25 minimum charge regardless of the amount sold.
