(A) The policies and procedures regarding discrimination, termination and disability matters are hereby adopted by the Village Council, specifically reserving all rights authorized to the Village Council, for personnel administration are hereby adopted by reference. A full copy of the policies and procedures can be found in the village office. These policies are not to be considered an employment contract with any employee of the village.
(B) All elected officials shall endeavor to act in accordance with the principals established in the policies and procedures adopted by the Village Council.
