§ 153.007 AUTHORITY TO ENACT RULES AND PROCEDURES.
   Upon the recommendation of the Planning Commission, Council may promulgate, adopt and issue such procedural rules, regulations and forms as are necessary for the effective administration and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. Such rules, regulations and forms shall be consistent with the express standards, purposes and intent of this chapter.
