For the purpose of establishing minimum standards for the maintenance of properties and buildings in the village, regulating the storage of certain types of debris and business work product on residential properties in the village, authorizing the inspection of properties in the village and providing for the removal or repair of insecure, unsafe or structurally defective buildings or other structures, the following maintenance standards are hereby implemented.
