SECTION 3.08 STATE OF THE CITY ADDRESS.

The Mayor shall provide the City of Stow Council members and the city residents with a "State of the City Address" on an annual basis to be held at the first regularly scheduled meeting of Council in March of each year. A written copy of the address shall be provided to the Clerk of Council on or before the meeting date.
