In the event that any building or structure is being erected, constructed, altered, repaired or maintained in violation of any of the provisions of Chapter 1305, or that there is imminent threat of a violation, the City, or the owner of any contiguous or neighboring property who would be especially damaged by the violation, in addition to any other remedies provided by law, may, as provided by Ohio R.C. 715.30, institute a suit for injunction to prevent or terminate the violation. The remedy shall be in addition to the penalty provided in Section 1305.99.
