1305.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this Part Thirteen - Building Code for which no other penalty is provided is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day of continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(b) Whoever violates Section 1305.06 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
