175.05 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES.

In addition to those duties and functions set forth in Section 175.04, the Commission may adopt such administrative procedures as are necessary to accomplish the purposes mentioned herein. The commission may make arrangements with the Finance Department for the acceptance of such funds as may be received by contribution or otherwise; such funds shall be expended in the manner provided by law.
