145.01 REVIEW OF BID PACKAGES BY THE LAW DIRECTOR.

The Law Director shall review all completed City bid packages prior to any such release for formal competitive public bidding as specified in Section 7.04, Charter, and Section 173.05, C.O.S. Such review shall be completed within ten business days.
