Off-street parking areas may be located within required front, rear and side yards provided such parking areas comply with the minimum setbacks as specified in Schedule 1145.07.

(a) Off-street parking areas may be located within the required front yard, specified in Schedule, no closer to the R-O-W than specified above, provided a minimum of 50% of the required front yard is landscaped open space. See also Section 1145.10. (b) Elimination of the rear and side setbacks may be conditionally permitted when property owners enter into a joint agreement and the on-site circulation and parking between the two or more lots are properly designed. (c) Off-street parking areas adjacent to a proposed public or private street may be located a minimum of 20 feet from the front lot line.
