For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(a) "Late night retail establishment" means any person, partnership, corporation or other entity which:
(1) Derives fifty percent (50%) or more of its gross income from the sale of goods, merchandise or other articles of value which are intended for use off the premises; and
(2) Sells goods, merchandise or other articles of value in their original containers between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(b) "Late night gasoline station" means any person, partnership, corporation or other entity who sells gasoline or other petroleum fuel to the public between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(c) "Pay drawer and/or merchandise drawer" means a through-the-wall bullet-resistant security transaction drawer or opening in an exterior wall of a building without direct customer contact. Such pay and/or merchandise drawer(s) must be maintained in proper working order at all times.
(d) "Pay booth" means a structure within an establishment or gas station constructed of bullet-resistant windows, walls and doors. Such pay booths and required equipment must be maintained in good working order at all times. Each pay booth must conform to the security requirements set forth in Section 725.03.
(e) "Bill clip system" means a plastic clip holding "bait" money (a pack of money in any denomination that is packaged together) connected to an alarm system. Said plastic clip is located in the register with other money.
