No licensee/operator, technician or driver shall do any of the following:
(a) Fail to notify the police if an emergency medical service vehicle, driver and technician are not immediately available for dispatch in reasonable response time as defined in Section 703.05(c)
(b) Fail to provide twenty-four hour emergency medical service, seven days per week.
(c) Make false statements on the application for a license.
(d) Fail to immediately notify the Police Department of an emergency call or the nature of the emergency.
