Pursuant to Chapter 137 of the Code of Iowa, the Story County Environmental Health Department (EH) is the designated agency to interpret, monitor and enforce the rules contained in Environmental Protection (567) IAC Chapter 69 Private Sewage Disposal Systems and Story County Ordinance Chapter 65 Private Sewage Disposal Systems.
