(A) The Board of Commissioners of the town finds it is reasonable and necessary and in the public interest to establish a no-parking/tow away zone to extend from the last designated parking space on Henry Street, which parking space south of the offices of Stoneville Furniture, for a distance of 295 feet approximately to the terminus of the curb and gutter street improvement on Henry Street.
(B) Parking for not more than one hour: in the three designated parking spaces in the alleyway immediately north of The Drug Store (Old Leaksville - Stoneville Road).
