§ 30.15  REGULAR MEETINGS.
   (A)   The Council shall hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of each month, unless that day is a legal holiday or an election day, in which case the meeting shall be held on the next Tuesday.
   (B)   The meeting shall be held at the Town Hall and shall begin at 7:00 p.m.
