(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 30.032 shall be fined not less than $1, nor more than $10, for each offense.
(C) Any Treasurer who fails, neglects or refuses to discharge any duty imposed on him or her as of § 30.107, or who violates any provisions of ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 3.1-35-65 through 3.1-35-80, is guilty of a petty offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $100, in addition to any other penalties prescribed by law.

(D) Any person, firm or corporation who shall continue work in violation of a stop order of the Building Commissioner, as provided in § 30.137, shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $200, for each day during or on which any work in violation of the stop order is done.
(E) Any person, firm or corporation who shall continue work in violation of a stop order of the Plumbing Inspector or Electrical Inspector, as provided in § 30.152, shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $200, for each day during or on which any work in violation of the stop order is done.
