An adequate supply of water of safe, sanitary quality, approved by the village, shall be furnished at each mobile home park. Where water from sources other than that supplied by the village is proposed to be used, the source of each supply first shall be provided with a cold water tap at least four inches above the ground. The water supplies shall comply with the minimum standards established by regulations of the State Department of Health.
