(A) In addition to any other provisions contained herein, whoever violates any section of this chapter shall be guilty of six months or both fined and imprisoned. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) In addition to all other remedies, the village may sue or enjoin or restrain existing violations under this chapter, or to enjoin the operation of any mobile home park.
