(A) Permits to construct or an application for a license to operate shall be issued only upon inspection indicating full compliance with this code.
(B) The applications described in division (A) above do not relieve the applicant from securing appropriate building permits from the village or from complying with any applicable provisions of this code, the Zoning Ordinance or any other ordinances of the village.
