§ 152.40 REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person, firm or corporation shall establish, maintain, conduct or operate a mobile home park without first obtaining a license therefor from the village.
   (B)   As used in this chapter, the phrase, CONDUCT OR OPERATE A MOBILE HOME PARK shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, supplying or maintaining common water, sewer or other utility supplies or services or the collection of rents directly or indirectly from five or more independent mobile homes.
   (C)   The license shall expire one year from the date of issue and a new license may be issued upon proper application and payment of the annual license fee provided the applicant is in substantial compliance with this code.
