§ 152.10 STREETS AND DRIVEWAYS.
   All streets and driveways in every park shall be maintained in a passable and reasonably dust-proof condition at all times. All streets and driveways in every park established after passage of this chapter shall have a minimum width of 24 feet for streets or driveways.
