§ 152.05 FIRE EXTINGUISHER.
   (A)   Mobile homes in mobile home parks each shall be equipped with fire extinguishers in working order, one in each end of the mobile home.
   (B)   Inspection of any equipment and enforcement of any ordinance adopted pursuant to this section shall be the duty of the State Fire Marshal and local law enforcement agencies in the village.
