§ 151.27 APPRAISING, INSURANCE.
   It shall be unlawful to discriminate in appraising the value of real estate or in the sale of insurance in connection with a real estate transaction because of the race, color, religion, creed, ancestry, national origin, age, sex, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, parental status, military discharge status, source of income, gender identity, or housing status of the person.
