(A) Judicial relief. Any person aggrieved by the violation of any provision of this chapter, who has exhausted the remedies provided by this chapter, may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for appropriate relief from such violation, including:
(1) An order compelling compliance with this chapter;
(2) Compensatory/punitive damages; or
(3) Such other and further-relief as may seem appropriate to the court for the enforcement of this chapter and the elimination of violations thereof.
(B) Penalty. Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each violation.
