§ 150.161 NOISE ABATEMENT; AIR CONDITIONING.
   All air conditioning equipment, including remote compressors, fan coil units or water-cooling towers shall be so housed or installed so as to prevent transmission of objectionable noise or vibration to adjacent properties.
