§ 150.157 PERMIT FEES.
   (A)   Payment of fees. No permit, as required by this subchapter, shall be issued until the fee prescribed in this section shall have been paid, nor shall an amendment to any permit be approved until the additional fee, if any, shall have been paid.
   (B)   Heating systems.

   (C)   Mechanical refrigeration.
      (1)   Classification of systems.
         (a)   Class A system is one containing 1,000 pounds or more of refrigerant.
         (b)   Class B system is one containing more than 100 pounds, but less than 1,000 pounds of refrigerant.
         (c)   Class C system is one containing more than 20 pounds, but not more than 100 pounds of refrigerant.
         (d)   Class D system is one containing more than six pounds, but not more than 20 pounds of refrigerant.
         (e)   Class E system is one containing six pounds or less of refrigerant.
      (2)   Residential dwelling and remote system.
 
Class B
$20 for each compressor or generator unit, plus $0.25 for each evaporator
Class C
$15 for each compressor or generator unit, plus $0.25 for each evaporator
Class D
$10 for each compressor or generator unit, plus $0.25 for each evaporator
 
      (3)   Commercial and industrial systems.

The permit fees for a single unit system containing 6 pounds or less of refrigerant with power supplied by a motor not exceeding 1/3 horsepower shall be $10, and the permit fee for a remote system serving not more than 1 evaporator containing less than 6 pounds of refrigerant with power supplied by a motor not exceeding 1/3 horsepower shall be $10
 
   (D)   Ventilating systems; mechanical supply or exhaust. Capacity shall be the sum of supply and exhaust.
