Every person, firm or corporation applying for a permit to move a building shall submit with his or her application at least two sureties to be approved by the Board of Trustees, conditioned on compliance with the provisions of this subchapter and agreeing to pay all claims and hold harmless the village from claims which may be made against it by reason of the occupation of any street, alley, sidewalk or other public place by the building or structure moved.
