Upon the approval of the intended route by the Board of Trustees, a fee of $5, plus $10, for each day or portion thereof that is intended that the building shall occupy any such portion of any public place, shall be paid to the Village Clerk and a permit issued, an additional payment of $10 for each day or portion thereof over and above the time stated on the permit during which any building shall occupy any public place shall be paid.
