(A) Any person wishing to construct a fence first shall obtain a permit from the Village Clerk and pay the permit fee applicable.
(B) No person shall construct any fence or fences within the limits of the village without obtaining a permit as required by ordinance of the village. All such fence permit applications shall include a plat of survey of the subject property.
