§ 150.077 NOTICE OF WORKS TO BE HIDDEN.
   (A)   Any person installing electric wires or equipment in any building in the village which is to be hidden from view, shall notify the Building Inspector, or his or her assistant, in writing, of the intended installation, at least 48 hours before the work is to be covered, and no such work shall be covered until inspected, as provided for in this subchapter.
   (B)   The Building Inspector, or assistant, is authorized to take down or remove the portions of the building or structure as shall be necessary for the inspection of the electric wires or equipment, as herein required, and the cost of the taking down and replacing the work so removed by the Building Inspector shall be borne by the person who has failed to give notice of the installation, or by the person who has covered the work after the notice and before inspection thereof, as herein provided, as the case may be.
