§ 150.062 PLASTIC PIPE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to use plastic pipe of any kind for the transmission of potable (drinking) water, either hot or cold.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to use plastic pipe of any type, except polyvinyl chlorinate (PVC) schedule #40.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to use mastics for plastic pipe that are not approved by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF).
   (D)   It shall be lawful to use plastic pipes for outside sewer drains, not less than six inches in diameter, as approved by the National Sanitation Foundation.
