§ 150.046 GARAGES.
   (A)   Permit; fee. Any person desiring to erect a garage may do so after obtaining a permit therefor from the Village Clerk upon payment of a fee of $50.
   (B)   Building lines. All garages to be erected must be at least three feet from the side lot line and three feet from the alley lot line.
   (C)   Maximum size. No person shall erect a garage more than 22 feet by 24 feet in area on any lot having less than 30 feet frontage.
   (D)   Construction. All garages shall be set upon a concrete slab not less than five inches thick, reinforced with a rat wall not less than 18 inches deep around the slab. No less than four inches of aggregate fill under the slab is permitted.
   (E)   Top plates. Top plates must be two two inches by four inches, one on top of each.
   (F)   Studs. All studs must be not less than two inches by four inches, set at not more than 16-inch centers.
   (G)   Rafters. All rafters must be not less than two inches by four inches, set at not more than 16-inch centers.
