§ 150.032 WAIVER.
The issuance or granting of a permit or approval of plans or specifications shall not be deemed or construed to be a waiver of any violation of any of the provisions of this code. No permit presumed to give authority to violate or cancel any of the provisions of this code shall be valid, except insofar as the work or use which the permit authorizes is lawful. The issuance of a permit or approval upon plans or specifications shall not prevent the Building Inspector thereafter from requiring the correction of errors in the plans or specifications or from preventing building operations from being carried out thereunder when any errors constitute a violation of this code.
