§ 150.005 QUALITY OF MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.
   (A)   All materials used in building, enlarging, altering, repairing, moving, converting and the like, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, shall be good, sound materials.
   (B)   All construction shall be done in a good, workmanship manner.
