§ 150.003 OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS; CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to occupy for residence purposes in the village any structure not built in full compliance with this code applicable to the construction of residence buildings.
   (B)   No building shall be occupied until the exterior wall, roof, floors, heating plant, plumbing, landscaping and sewage disposal facilities are completed.
   (C)   No building hereafter erected shall be occupied in any part until a certificate of occupancy has been issued by the Building Inspector. The Inspector shall, after an application therefor has been filed by the owner or the owner’s agent, issue a certificate for the building if, after an inspection thereof, it is found the structure, as erected, complies with the provisions of this chapter and other statutory and ordinance requirements applicable thereto. The certificate shall show the use to which the structure may be put and the maximum allowable floor loads for each floor thereof. The fee for the inspection, before issuance of the certificate, shall be $25.
