(A) All new buildings and structures hereafter erected in the village shall conform to all requirements of this chapter. All requirements of this chapter shall apply to new and old buildings.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, convert, equip, use, occupy or maintain any building or structure or any portion of any building or structure in the village contrary to or in violation of any provision of this code or cause, permit or suffer the same to be done.
