(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 130.99.
(B) Any person violating any provision of §§ 135.15 and 135.16 shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $1,000, for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Any firm, corporation, partnership, association, non-for-profit organization licensed to operate a business within the village that possesses, owns, leases or operates a simulated video gaming devices on its premises may be subject to revocation of its business license for a violation described herein.
