It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, partnership, association, non-for-profit organization to possess, own, lease or operate on licensed premises any simulated video gaming devices within the village as the terms are herein defined, as set forth herein, other than in a manner authorized by the Video Gaming Act, ILCS Ch. 230, Act 40, §§ 1 et seq., and the provisions of this code.
