(A) No adult use shall be open for business between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on any day of the week unless the use operates under a validly issued and effective alcoholic liquor license that allows for the sale or consumption of alcoholic liquor on the premises during any portion of the prohibited time period, in which case the adult use may be open for business during the prohibited time period, but only to the extent authorized by the use’s validly issued and effective alcoholic liquor license.
(B) Adult bookstores/viewing booths shall not be open for business between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on any day of the week.
