(A) No licensee shall receive on deposit or pledge any personal property or other valuable thing, or shall buy any secondhand article or thing, before the hour of 8:00 a.m. or after the hour of 7:00 p.m. during the months of January, February, March, April, October, November and December of each year; nor before the hour of 7:00 a.m. or after the hour of 8:00 p.m. during the months of May, June, July, August and September of each year.
(B) No license shall be issued unless the establishment for which a license is sought is located within the proper business zoning district, hereby deemed to be commercial or industrial zoning.
(C) The location of any licensed activity may be changed only upon written notice served ten days in advance to the Village Clerk; providing, the new business location is in compliance with the building, zoning and other applicable requirements of this chapter and all village ordinances.
