Any person, firm, association of persons, business entity or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and subject to a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $500, per day that the violation exists and/or revocation of the business license; provided, further, that, if the Board of Trustees annually adopts an ordinance setting forth the applicable fees and charges due for the various licenses, permits, rates and services, and new or amended regulatory measures authorized by this chapter and by other ordinances of the village, an “annual fee ordinance”, the annual fee ordinance, as the same may, from time to time, be amended, is hereby incorporated herein as if fully set forth herein and supersedes and amends the aforesaid fine.
