Every business covered herein shall, at all times, have and keep § 119.20 of this chapter printed in the English and Spanish languages, framed and posted in a prominent and conspicuous position in the place of business, so that the section of this chapter shall be plainly legible and visible to all persons depositing or pledging property with the business.
