§ 114.22 RESTRICTIONS ON ISSUANCE.
   No license shall be issued to:
   (A)   A person who is not a resident of the village;
   (B)   A person who is not of good character and reputation or who has been convicted of criminal offenses;
   (C)   A person employing persons as performers who are not of good character and reputation or who have been convicted of criminal offenses;
   (D)   A person who has had a license revoked by the village;
   (E)   A person who has not reached 21 years of age; and/or
   (F)   A corporation, except when:
      (1)   The corporation is a resident for more than one year before making application;
      (2)   The chief executive officer or manager of operations is a resident of the village for more than one year before making application; and/or
      (3)   The corporation is in compliance with divisions (B), (C) and (D) of this section.
